Hamilton: If I were a fan, I would be a fan of Leclerc, I’m a Ferrari fan, but I’m loyal to Mercedes

Seven-time Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted to being a Ferrari fan, but would never drive for the Italian team out of loyalty to Mercedes.

“You see, I have a tattoo on my body that says loyalty. I am loyal to Mercedes, that team is my family. It would be nice to drive for Ferrari, but it will not happen, I want to be like Stirling Moss. If I were a fan in the stands, I would be a fan of Charles Leclerc. “I am a Ferrari fan,” said Hamilton.

This year, Hamilton’s title chances are reduced to theory, the first races showed that Mercedes is behind Ferrari and Red Bull.

“Ferrari is stronger in qualifying and Red Bull in racing. “But every weekend is a different story, Ferrari has shown that it knows how to make a competitive car.”
