Ram has prepared two special edition variants of the 1500 pickup truck for this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show.
The first of the two is dubbed the Ignition Orange Sport and is a remake of a Ram model from 2015. It brings back the bright orange exterior color, body color grille surround, black graphics across the hood, black tailgate badge, and black wheels. Inside the cabin, the truck received “Copperhead” accents and stitching throughout the cabin, as well as spears and trim rings finished in a color that the automaker likes to call “Anodized Orange.” It will be limited to just 1,500 units, and it will only be available with the V8.
The second limited-edition truck, the 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand gets its name from its Mojave Sand exterior paint. The model also features matte black graphics on the hood and an all-black interior. Like the Ignition Orange Sport, just 1,500 units of the Rebel Mojave Sand will be produced. The Mojave Sand package can be purchased at $595 and can be optioned to any Rebel 1500 fitted with either the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 or 5.7-liter HEMI V8.
Prices for the Rebel Mojave Sand start at $43,740 plus $1,320 for the destination, while the Ignition Orange Sport kicks off at $45,590 plus $1,320.
