Wolff sets big goals for the next season -winning championship

The German team had a difficult year.
Mercedes expected to fight for the championship title this season, but after the winter tests it was clear that this might not be the case. Due to the change in the technical regulations, their W13 suffered a lot from bouncing, and the team from Berkeley needed about half a season to solve this problem. In the end, Mercedes was left without a championship in the competition of drivers and constructors, and the only victory was recorded by George Russell in Brazil.

“I’m sure that this difficult year was necessary in order to re-motivate and further organize.” said Toto Wolff. “That made us pull ourselves together to appreciate the taste of victory more. We have to understand that the competition is strong, but we will do everything in our power to set our goals high again and eventually reach them.”
